Chocolate (Rainbow) Sprinkled Truffles
Greetings, Dessert MasterChefs!
Have you ever wondered what rainbows tastes like? Well, with this Scrumpdiddlyumptious Chocolate (Rainbow) Sprinkled Truffles, you can get a hint of what they taste like!
Ingredients:
- 200g digestive biscuits
- 395g tin condensed milk
- 90g desiccated coconut
- 3tbsp chocolate drinking powder
- Multi-coloured Sprinkles
Preparation:
1. Put the condensed milk, chocolatte drinking powder and desiccated coconut into a bowl and mix together.
2. Place the biscuits in a freezer bag and crush them with a rolling pin or wooden spoon until they have turned into crumbs.
3. Add the crushed biscuits to the condensed milk mixture and stir well.
4. Use a teaspoon to scoop out some of the mixtures and then roll it into a ball.
5. Pour the sprinkles into a shallow bowl. Pop a chocolate ball into the bowl and roll it around until it is totally covered in the sprinkles. Keep doing this until all the balls are sprinkle-tastic!
6. Keep the truffles in the fridge until you are ready to eat them... ENJOY!
